Ron Bristow - ? '46

I was born in 1929 in Woolwich, London, and lived in Eltham.  My wife is from Stamford Hill, but lived in Woolwich.  I was on the Vindi in the summer of 1946 and had 5 1/2 years at sea.  I came to Canada in march of 1952.  I was on the British Honour Tanker Union Castle Line "Good Hope Castle": Drakensburg Castle, Donnoter Castle, Burban Castle and Athlone Castle.  Of the Cunard line, I was on the Scythia, Samaria, and Vandalia, and of the New Zealand Shipping Co.: Rangitoto, Rangitata, Shaw Seville, Athenic, Plus Empire, Windrush, and Troopship.
