All participating in the Forum on site are reminded that not only is the Forum visited by Members but also by Members Families/Friends and also the General Public.

 

Personal Insults and the use of Foul Language Cannot Be Allowed To Stand. Use of either or both not only reflects poorly on the individual but on the Branch as a whole.

 

Should any Member feel offended by a posting it will be his right to contact the Webmistress immediately with the request to have the offensive material removed.

 

The poster of offensive material will be reminded to view the Forum Guidelines.

 

A second such posting will result in a strong warning to desist.

 

A third such posting will result in the individual being stricken from the Forum altogether and further access will be denied.

 

Upon receipt and acceptance of an apology to the injured party an individual who has been banned may again apply for access.
